We confirm the price before we start, and it covers the appliance and everything that comes with it. It only changes if the job is different from what we described. For example, this could be a triple-glazed door or extra appliances. We'll let you know before we do any extra work.
How often should I have my oven cleaned?
Every six to twelve months works for most households. If you cook daily, roast often, or your oven smokes when it heats, do it sooner.
I have a self-cleaning oven — do I still need a professional clean?
Usually, yes. A self-clean cycle burns off residue, turning it to ash at high temperatures. However, it doesn't clean the racks, door glass, or extractor. You may also notice ash and a burning smell afterwards. Using chemical oven cleaners alongside it can also damage the enamel. A professional clean covers the parts the cycle can't reach.
