This matters if the tenancy agreement states it or if the check-in inventory shows the carpets were cleaned by a professional. It can all be booked in the same visit.

Will I definitely get my deposit back?
No cleaner can promise that — the decision rests with your landlord or agent. What we can do is clean to the standard a check-out inspection looks for.
Does my tenancy agreement actually need a professional clean?
Not always. A landlord usually wants the property returned to its original condition, minus normal wear and tear. So, check your agreement and your check-in inventory. If the inventory says professional cleaning, aim to match that standard when you leave.
Do I need to be there, and can you collect the keys?
No. We can collect keys from a key safe, a neighbour, or your letting agent, and let you know once the work is finished.
How long does a move-out clean take?
Most properties take four to eight hours. This depends on size, condition, and team size. Larger or heavily built-up homes take longer, and we work to the checklist rather than a clock.
