Yes. Let us know which rooms and shared areas you manage. We’ll provide a quote for those, not the entire building.
Do access and parking change the price?
They can. When you ask about job pricing, mention details like parking, keys, access, and your deadline. Also, mention stairs, lifts, and parking restrictions.
Can you clean a holiday flat after a winter let?
Yes. Send your handover and first-arrival dates, and we will plan the clean around them.
What if my agent says it isn't clean enough?
Send us the check-out report straight away. We'll go through it with you and look at any area that was missed.
